Goodbye Clutter, Hello Clean Bedroom

Sometimes, there just doesn't seem to be enough space. No, I don't mean space between you and your spouse. What I mean is space in the house. If you're like most modern people today, you probably live, or someone living in, apartment condos. If that's the case, you probably know how easy it is to clutter up the space there.

This is especially true in bedroom. No one wants their room look as though a bomb just went off in it. But we might not want to throw out a lot of the things in there either. So how do you keep the room organized?

Believe it or not, there are many good ways to create, or rather, hide spaces, in your room that will help keep your room organized, and looking great at the same time. Here are a few ways to help you make the most out of your space.

Closet Storage

One of the best way to create storage space is in your closet. All you have to do is get a closet storage units. This can be as simple as some wire racks/baskets in your closet. There are lots of places that sell this for you to price shop. They might seem like they take up a lot of space, but in reality, you can more than triple your current closet's storage capacity.

Storage Chest/Night Stand

Night stands are extremely elegant to have in the room. So a useful way to create more storage space is to simply get a chest, and place it beside your bed as the night stand. You will be able to store small things that you're not sure where to store anywhere else, as well as the little things you want to grab right away.

Under-bed container

Let's face it. A lot of the times when we're not sure where to put something, we just shove it under the bed. Granted that's the case, why not keep it organized? A simple storage case under your bed can make all the difference in the world.

Finally, paint your room in light colors, such as light shades of mint green, icy blue, cream, white, etc. Keep your room decor to a minimal. Also, push your bed all the way to the end of the room. All of this will help make your room seem bigger.
